Local markets at U Branky
This will be the third year that local markets at U Branky will be regularly held every Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Their goal is to create a city centre pulsing with life where people can not only buy high-quality, fresh foods from Czech farmers as well as select handmade products, but also a place that brings people together and contributes to the communal life in Pilsen. The hope is that the markets will provide a nice place for people to come after a challenging day at work, to meet up with friends, and say hello to their favourite stallholders, just as life used to be with farmers’ markets in the countryside.
